This Queensland Green Army project will support the development of a market garden for the Cherbourg Community, including land management and water conservation.
Workplace activities will include fencing, yard building, weed management, welding, soil preparation, setting up irrigation systems and assisting with sales.
This Queensland Green Army project will improve the grounds at Sandgate Community Centre and target Indigenous jobseekers.
Two intakes are proposed for the year and will involve work activities including landscaping and planting of native plants, regeneration of a community herb garden and basic construction activities (including Construction Blue Card and First Aid training).
All participants will receive job search training and life-skills coaching.
This Queensland Green Army project will focus on the revegetation and stabilisation of various sites along the Mary River and target the long term unemployed, disadvantaged youth and mature-aged jobseekers.
Participants will undertake work activities in revegetation, weed control, brush cutting, concreting, landscaping and shed construction.
Accredited training will include Construction Blue Card, core units from Certificate II in Horticulture & Conservation and Land Care and the AC/DC Commercial Spray Operator course.
This Queensland Green Army project aims to regenerate bushland, maximise the local recycling effort and improve parkland facilities such as nature strips, walkways, bicycle paths and cemeteries.
The program will incorporate accredited training in First Aid, level one Chainsaw operation and Construction Blue Card.
Participants will undertake a selection of work activities including tree planting and maintenance, small machinery use, plant identification, pest and weed management, playground equipment maintenance, landscaping and construction, waste management and recycling.

Participants will undertake a range of work activities including basic construction, horticulture, landscaping, fencing, concreting, customer service and general administration.
Participants will be placed across three locations in Tewantin, Maroochydore and Caloundra to undertake either fulltime work placements over a 17 week period or 26 weeks part-time placements depending on participants' needs.

This Queensland Green Army project will improve the grounds at Beenleigh State School and target disadvantaged job seekers.
Work activities will include bushland regeneration, creating a water feature, reducing the effects of erosion and constructing gardens, natural walkways and a greenhouse.
This Queensland Green Army project will support the upgrade of Southport Broadwater Parklands, improve access to the William Duncan School open space and refurbish the Gold Coast Christian Youth Camp.
Work activities will include landscaping, weed and debris removal, erosion and drainage mitigation works and basic construction.
Participants will also have the opportunity to undertake specific training in Traffic Control, accredited modules in Certificate II in Horticulture, Senior First Aid, Construction Blue Card and chainsaw and forklift tickets.

This Queensland Green Army project will establish a community-based environmental awareness strategy utilising various media and research techniques.
Participants will undertake work placement activities such as website creation and management, acquiring computer software skills, customer service and events management.
This Green Army project will involve various environmental and conservation initiatives within the Council.
Initiatives may include educational awareness regarding recycling, air quality, conservation of parks and playgrounds.
This Green Army project will involve participants planting and maintaining 5000 trees along the reconstructed Hervey Bay Esplanade.
This project will involve participants undertaking work activities such as creating furniture from recycled timber, establishing a native plant nursery,clearing and regenerating council land.
This Queensland Green Army project will assist job seekers in the Central Queensland area.
Work placements will include horticulture and construction activities such as weed management, beach restoration, fencing and erosion control, revegetation, walking track construction and restoration.
Participants will also have the opportunity to undertake accredited training modules from Certificate II in Horticulture.
This Queensland Green Army project will employ local jobseekers to work on the rehabilitation of Moore's Creek.
Participants will undertake work activities such as weed control and removal, reshaping the batters and riffles, replanting of the batters and the introduction of suitable grass along the lower creek levels.
This Green Army project will help eligible jobseekers connect to employment through paid work placements undertaking practical environmental activities including dunal vegetation, revegetation of stream banks, tree planting, weed control, walking track construction and maintenance and designing, building and installing bush seating using appropriate recycled products.
Accredited training will be provided in selected modules in Conservation and Land Management.
This Queensland Green Army project will enable participants to work with Mackay Regional Council on a number of parks and gardens projects.
This Green Army project will assist jobseekers surrounding the region of Chuulangun on Cape York wishing to enter the workforce in the Conservation and Land Management sector.
Participants will carry out activities such as weed and feral animal control, fencing, fire management, planting trees and shrubs, minor construction, fauna and flora survey and monitoring, and liaison with tourists and visitors.
Accredited modules in Certificate III in Conservation and Land Management will also be provided.
This Green Army project will provide Indigenous traditional owners in the Burdekin region with an opportunity to gain ongoing employment in conservation and land management.
Participants will carry out a range of activities such as revegetation and regeneration, restoring degraded beaches and foreshores and landscaping using native plants.
Accredited training will be provided in Certificate II in Conservation and Land Management including modules in Occupational, Health and Safety and basic first aid.
This Green Army project will assist local job seekers to improve their potential for long term sustainable employment.
Participants will undertake work activities in horticulture, gardening and landscaping aimed at improving local parks, gardens, bike paths and walking tracks.
Participants will also have access to job preparation assistance consisting of personal presenation, job search training and interview techniques.
This Green Army project will provide jobseekers from the Ipswich area with work placement at Flinders-Goolman Conservation Estate, White Rock-Spring Mountain Conservation Estates and Denmark Hill Conservation Park.
Participants will undertake a diverse range of work activities including basic construction, landscaping and basic horticulture.
This Green Army project will assist jobseekers undertake a recycling project in Toowoomba.
Participants will have access to work placement consisting of identification of items for recycling, resale or restoration, identification of ferrous and non-ferrous items, yard maintenance and warehousing duties.
All participants will be offered forklift training and will be assisted to gain their forklift qualification during the project.
This Queensland Green Army project, with Queensland Water Infrastructure (QWI) as the auspicing organisation, will capitalise on job opportunities for disadvantaged jobseekers living near sites of the Wyaralong Dam near Beaudesert .
QWI will work with local Community based organisations to develop and implement several Green Army and Work Placement projects, designed to regenerate and improve habitat corridors for wildlife, restore degraded river banks and build or improve recreational facilities including horse and walking trails.
Wyaralong projects will include the establishment of new community infrastructure, bush regeneration and wildlife and waterways conservation.
This Green Army project will assist long-term unemployed jobseekers with work placement aimed at rejuvenating the river banks along the Bremer River at Riverview.
Participants will undertake activities such as weeding, planting of native trees, shoreline stabilisation and erosion control, and general landscaping.
Accredited training modules from Certificate II in Horticulture will also be delivered.
